Iris Arregui
Naci en Lima Peru el 10 de Diciembre de 1953. Estudie en el Colegio Chalet de Chorrillos. En 1971 ingrese a la Facultad de Arte de la Universidad Catolica, Lima Peru. En 1978 , estudios libres de dibujo y pintura en San Francisco Art Institute, California, USA. He realizado 5 muestras individuales en la Galeria Forum, Lima, entre 1977 y 1996. He participado en muchas muestras colectivas.En Marzo,2011, muestra individual , Sala de Arte, Centro Cultural El Olivar, Lima, Peru. En Febrero del 2018, muestra individual en el Centro Cultural Inca Garcilaso del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Lima, Peru. En Agosto del 2021, muestra individual, Galeria Forum, Lima Peru. He sido profesora en la Facultad de Arte de la Universidad Catolica, en el Instituto de Arte Edith Sachs y de alumnos particulares. Mi pintura en los inicios ha sido abstracta, simultaneamente he dibujado del natural.A partir del anio 2000 empece a hacer paisaje en formato mediano a chico. Simultaneamente ,he venido pintando formatos grandes, interpretando los paisajes con mi lenguaje abstracto. d En este espacio ordenare mi trabajo en forma cronologica para una mejor comprension.
